I started taking this supplement over 10 years ago. I am now 59 years old. I think it's the best greens supplement on the market! It is the only supplement that has noticeable results on my skin! As someone who isn't so great at eating greens in my daily diet, I know that I'm getting what I need and then some with Indigo Greens.
I have been taking this for a few weeks now. I started with a quarter scoop and moved to a whole scoop within a few days. There was some bloating from the die off, but nothing unmanageable. I’m feeling better and plan on taking this for a while as I’m dealing with h. Pylori, candida and dysbiosis! I had an issue, of my own doing, with shipping and customer service quickly jumped in to help.

my coffee but i did and the week was easy. i gelt great at the end and have continued to work on staying detoxified!
Don’t think it has done a thing for me. Shakes taste very chalky.
