Lay your sauna blanket on a flat, heat resistant surface like the floor, a yoga mat, or massage table. We recommend wearing some type of clothing or having a barrier between your skin and the mat.

Preheat mat by selecting desired temperature for approximately 10 minutes. Then slip into mat and zip up. Slowly increase temperature starting from 120 degrees Fahrenheit until you feel comfortable and can achieve a sweat.

Stay in mat for up to 45 minutes and then shower after (preferably in cold water if possible for at least 2 minutes). Repeat at least 3 to 5 times per week.

After each use, let mat rest for 30 minutes and then wipe off with non-toxic cleaner, fold, and then store in safe place.
