I received an email to rate and review before I received my product. I was unable to give the review I wanted due to my product being untrackable and undelivered. As I mentioned in my review, customer service was fantastic in trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I received the feedback email too soon. I hadn't received the 2nd product that had been shipped. I received the product, which I'm sure the delay and initial product being undelivered was due to the holidays. This company receives 5 stars based on their outstanding customer service and product cost. I know the product is a great product since it's something I've used for years. This price was unbeatable when I ordered. I will definitely be a returning customer.
