Refunds

Customers can request a refund within 45 days of delivery unless otherwise specified. Returns may not be granted for items that were purchased by customers who received the same or similar item(s) through a previous free sample campaign.

For damaged or defective products, customers must contact the company to either receive a refund or new product. For inquires or to start the refund process, please email hello@firstholisticwellness.com. For returns, please send to the address below:

REFUNDS OR RESHIPMENTS MAY BE LIMITED, MODIFIED, OR DENIED IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT A CUSTOMER IS ACTING DECEPTIVELY OR ABUSING ANY OF OUR POLICIES. FIRST HOLISTIC WELLNESS LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO BAN ANY CUSTOMER FOR ENGAGING IN SUCH BEHAVIOR.

Shipping

First Holistic Wellness LLC offers only domestic shipping throughout the United States. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within two to five days through USPS. Other carriers can be requested if USPS is not suitable by contacting the company at hello@firstholisticwellness.com prior to placing an order. Occasionally an order may be delayed or lost at the fault of the shipping carrier. Any order issues must be communicated to First Holistic Wellness LLC to be resolved. Once an order is processed, the delivery address cannot be modified.

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a reshipment for packages that are shown as successfully delivered on the carrier’s website. Customers are required to contact First Holistic Wellness LLC first for any and all issues with their delivery to hello@firstholisticwellness.com. For undelivered package claims beyond 30 days for successfully delivered packages pursuant to the carrier’s tracking information, First Holistic reserves the right to refuse to reship the package without a refund. This policy does not apply to packages that have not been successfully delivered based on the package’s tracking information or otherwise cannot.
