Refunds and Returns
Customers have 30 days from the shipping date to request to return an item for a refund. The approval of refund requests is up to the discretion of First Holistic Wellness LLC and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Return requests cannot be made for prescription products or subscription-based services.
To be eligible for a return and/or refund, your item must be unopened, unused, and in good condition, unless the product is damaged. The company reserves the right to deny any refund request. To ensure smooth delivery, packages should have a tracking number that should be sent to the company. However, this is not required and we are not liable if the package is lost by the carrier.
Upon receipt, we will review your items and notify you of the status of your return. Customers are responsible for all related shipping costs. For damaged or defective products, customers must contact the company to either receive a refund or new product, which will be up to the discretion of First Holistic Wellness.

REFUNDS OR RESHIPMENTS MAY BE LIMITED, MODIFIED, OR DENIED IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT A CUSTOMER IS ACTING DECEPTIVELY OR ABUSING ANY OF OUR POLICIES. FIRST HOLISTIC WELLNESS LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO BAN ANY CUSTOMER FOR ENGAGING IN SUCH BEHAVIOR. ALL REFUNDS AND/OR CANCELLATIONS MAY BE SUBJECT UP TO A 50 PERCENT FEE OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER TO COVER SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND PROCESSING EXPENSES.
Shipping
First Holistic Wellness LLC offers only domestic shipping throughout the United States. Orders are typically delivered within 10 business days. Occasionally an order may be delayed or lost at the fault of the shipping carrier. Any order issues must be communicated to First Holistic Wellness LLC to be resolved. Once an order is processed, the delivery address cannot be modified.
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a reshipment for packages that are shown as successfully delivered on the carrier’s website. Customers are required to contact First Holistic Wellness LLC first for any and all issues with their delivery. For undelivered package claims beyond 30 days for successfully delivered packages pursuant to the carrier’s tracking information, First Holistic reserves the right to refuse to reship the package without a refund. This policy does not apply to packages that have not been successfully delivered based on the package’s tracking information or otherwise cannot.
