I have degenerative arthritis in my left knee. I had the series of 3 shots ( euflexa, I think) in my knee. These shots can be repeated every 6 months, as necessary. Since I am taking Chondro-Flx, I have not had to do any more of the shots.

I have taken Chondro-flx for over 5 years. I was on Meloxicam before that and needed to get off. I started taking 4 a day and after several months my arthritis pain was under control. For the last 2 years I’ve been taking 2 a day and am doing fine. It’s been a life saver.
